Louis Vuitton City Keepall X Nigo Brown Monogram

The Louis Vuitton x Nigo Keepall in brown is from LV², the 2020 collaboration between Virgil Abloh and Japanese streetwear designer Nigo, Abloh's first collaboration after taking over Louis Vuitton menswear. It keeps the classic Keepall shape but layers the house's codes together: the body is Giant Damier Ebene, the enlarged version of Louis Vuitton's checkerboard canvas, topped with a version of Nigo's dripping ice cream motif rendered in the classic Monogram canvas. Two Louis Vuitton patterns, one on top of the other, is exactly the kind of remix the collaboration was built on.

It is finished with natural cowhide leather trim that will patina with age, black hardware, and a textile-lined interior with a zip pocket. A double-zip closure with a padlock secures the top, and it comes with rolled leather handles and a removable, adjustable leather shoulder strap. Soft-sided, it packs flat when empty and holds a week's wardrobe when full.
